Index of articles regarding Law and Bylaw

A number of CRD Watch articles have discussed law at various levels of government, and have revealed major holes in the law at all levels of government, especially in regard to a lack of regulations regarding lobbying, transparency, and in regard to environmental protection, as well as a lack of protection of freedom of speech supposedly enshrined as rights in the Canadian constitution, but regularly violated at the local government level, through the squelching of public free speech that should be part of the decision-making process.

Many CRD Watch Articles articles have also revealed the problem of radical deregulation, especially in regard to zoning and to the suppression of public input, foisted on government by the development lobby and elected officials under their influence.
