BC Bill M216 passes 2nd reading in Legislature. How did your MLA vote?

Today BC Bill M216 passed 2nd reading in the BC Legislature. The controversial bill will then go on to Committee of the Whole, prior to Third Reading.

The vote was 47 Yea, to 44 Nay

The breakdown by party (all votes are in regard to the second reading of the bill):

46 NDP MLAs (all that could vote for the bill at the time) voted for the bill.

Note: The only NDP MLA, who did not participate in the vote was the Speaker, Raj Chouhan (NDP), as is customary for that role in the B.C. Legislature. The Speaker only casts a vote in the event of a tie. 

1 independent voted for the bill

2 Independents voted against the bill.

Both Green MLAs voted in opposition to the bill.

Both OneBC MLAs voted against the bill

38, or all but one, of the Conservative MLAs voted in opposition to the bill.

The one Conservative MLA that did not vote in opposition to the bill, was party leader John Rustad.
